TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
ORDERS/ARTWORK – A Purchase Order or Email Approval will be required before production begins on your custom project. Purchase Orders and vector logo copy/artwork should be emailed directly to our Sales Team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will also require a copy of your company resale certificate. Upon receipt our team will review your order and artwork and send you a confirmation email with any questions or discrepancies.
DESIGN CONCEPTS – You will receive one free design presentation using your logo and colors, the number of proofs will vary depending on the product that you intend to order. Please contact your AAA Marketing Group sales rep for more information.
FINAL PROOFS – All orders will receive a final electronic proof for approval before proceeding into bulk production. Your Custom Tie and Scarf orders will also include an in-hand pre-pro sample for design/color approval before final production begins (time permitting).
PRE-PRO SAMPLES – Ties and Scarf Orders – A free pre-pro sample is included with your order for Custom Ties and/or Scarves. The sample will be produced following your approval of the final design proof. Approvals must be made via email or purchase order, no verbal approvals will be accepted. Once the sample is produced, changes to the sample outside of color adjustments are subject to additional cost. Turn time from art approval to production sample is approx 15 working days. All Other Products – There will be a fee for pre-pro samples on our other products and turn time will vary, please contact your sales rep for further clarification.
BULK PRODUCTION – After approval of your final proof or pre-production sample we will begin final production on your order. Turn times vary by product.
- PMS Colors: PMS colors cannot be guaranteed on woven fabrics, our factory will match threads as closely as possible to your required color
- Laser Engraved Products: Due to the nature of the Leatherette, Bamboo and Wood products there may be a slight variation in the final laser engraving. The laser will burn slightly different on each individual item due to variances in the grain and material. We will do our very best to ensure that each product is identical however there are certain limitations beyond our control.
- Over/Under Runs: 10% on custom fabric orders. If overs/unders are not accepted you MUST note this on your PO and also notify your sales rep accordingly via email.
TERMS – Net 30 upon credit approval. If you would like to apply for credit terms we require that you complete/submit a credit application with references which are subject to approval. For your convenience we do accept credit cards and there is no additional charge for this service. Your card will be charged in full at the time of shipping. Some orders may require a deposit on account before production begins in which case the invoice balance will be charged upon shipping your final order. We are accepting only Visa and Mastercard at this time.
RETURNS – Custom produced goods cannot be returned unless authorized by AAA Marketing Group. All claims must be made, in written format, within 7 days upon receipt of your order.
CANCELLATIONS – Once work begins on your pre-pro sample or final production order, the order is considered final and not eligible for cancellation. Any work performed including labor, materials, or artwork up to the point of cancellation will be charged to the client.
